Your office and everything inside it — built by one team.
Most dental build-outs fail at the seams between the general contractor and the equipment vendor. We own both sides. That's the whole pitch — and it's the reason our clients open on time.
Four conflicts we eliminate on every project
These aren't theoretical — they're the specific fights that eat budget and delay opening day on split-vendor builds.
Utility lines placed where a chair goes
Traditional builds rough in plumbing and electrical before equipment is chosen. We plan around actual chair, vacuum and cuspidor placement.
Cabinetry that fights the delivery arm
Rear delivery, side delivery and over-the-patient units all need different clearances. We coordinate case work with the exact equipment being installed.
Mechanical room built to the wrong compressor
Compressor and vacuum sizing drive power, ventilation and drainage. We spec them at design time so the room fits the machine.
Two schedules that never line up
GC finish dates slip; equipment install has to wait. With one team, install starts the moment finishes are ready.
DS Construction Co. is our in-house dental construction division. Same ownership, same accountability — different license and crews so both sides of your project are staffed by specialists.
